2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be legally allowed to enter into commercial agreements in your jurisdiction. You confirm that you represent a business or act as a professional publisher or advertiser. Use of the platform for illegal, misleading, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden.

3. ACCOUNT & ACCESS

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. All activity performed under your account is considered authorized by you. OlneySaloon reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform rules or traffic policies.

4. TRAFFIC & CAMPAIGNS

Advertisers are responsible for their offers, landing pages, and tracking systems. Publishers are responsible for the quality and compliance of their traffic sources. Any attempt to manipulate, fake, or misrepresent traffic quality, conversions, or user behavior is prohibited.

5. POPUNDER ADS & FORMATS

OlneySaloon provides access to popunder ads, pop up traffic, and related formats. You agree to follow frequency caps, targeting rules, and technical guidelines defined in your account. We reserve the right to limit or disable formats that harm user experience or partner relationships.

6. PAYMENTS & BILLING

Advertisers agree to fund their accounts before or during campaign execution, depending on agreed terms. Publishers receive payouts according to the agreed schedule and minimum payout thresholds. OlneySaloon reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in case of fraudulent or invalid traffic.

7. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is not allowed: malware, phishing, misleading claims, forced redirects, illegal products, or any content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to block campaigns or placements without prior notice if violations are detected.

8. QUALITY CONTROL

OlneySaloon uses automated and manual systems to monitor traffic quality. We may pause campaigns, placements, or accounts to investigate suspicious activity. Our goal is to keep network traffic clean and sustainable for all partners.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

OlneySaloon is provided “as is” and does not guarantee specific results, profits, or performance metrics. We are not responsible for losses related to campaign performance, tracking errors, or third-party systems.

10. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate cooperation at any time. In case of serious violations, fraud, or abuse, OlneySaloon may immediately suspend or close the account and withhold pending balances related to invalid activity.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated terms.
